But don't forget that he also did some bad: He withdrew from Somalia because US troops were being shot at by armed militia and the voting public didnt like it. This left Somalia in anarchy, and even now genocides take place and warlords fight each other. After the Haitian military coup, Clinton sent back thousands of refugees to Haiti, instead of accepting them into America. Clinto criticised Bush Senior that he wasn't letting refugees in, and then he did it himself! Populist hypocrite? That said, Best President Ever. I agree, and Clinton is a pretty special guy.
